For native-SOL quote trades, our commission is automatically included in the generated transaction so you do not need to calculate or append it yourself.
Priority Fees
Priority fees help your transaction get processed faster during network congestion. You can configure this in all API requests:

Trade endpoints (/api/trade-local, /api/trade-lightning, /api/trade-bundle) now default to 0.00005 SOL priority fee. Create, claim, transfer, and bundle-lightning endpoints continue to default to 0.0005 SOL unless you override them.

PONS on Robinhood Chain
The PONS API covers ponsfamily.com on Robinhood Chain with its own rates.
Trading: 0.5% client-signed, 1% Lightning — priced separately from pump.fun. The rate is the same whether you buy or sell. The Lightning tier pays for custody, signing and sending; the client-signed endpoint never holds your keys.
Token creation: commission on the dev buy only, at the same two rates. A
launch with no dev buy costs nothing from PumpDev. PONS itself charges a launch
fee (0.0005 ETH at the time of writing, read live from the factory and shown
as launchFee in every create response), and the launch transaction takes
about 4M gas.
Commission is always taken from the quote asset of the pair (ETH today;
USDG and tokenized-equity pairs on trades), never in the token itself, and is
collected inside the transaction by immutable contracts with no owner and no
setter — PumpdevFeeRouter for trades, PumpdevLaunchRouter for launches.

Every trade and create response carries a fee block giving the live rate in
basis points, the amount and the asset — read it before signing and you always
know exactly what that call costs.

There is no enforced minimum trade amount. Trades pay the pure percentage (0.25%, or 0.5% for Lightning). Combined with Solana network fees, tiny trades may not be cost-effective.

How is the commission fee collected?
For native-SOL quote trades, the commission is embedded directly in the generated transaction. You do not need to calculate it or send a separate payment.
